The Tamil Nadu government has introduced a 40-hour employment readiness programme to equip individuals with essential skills for modern industries, according to a recent release.
Programme Highlights:
Skills Covered: Communication, presentation, spoken English, and soft skills tailored for IT & ITES industries.
Eligibility: Diploma or BE degree holders.
Training Mode: Classroom & online sessions at the Library and Knowledge Centre, Thirumangalam, Madurai.
Salary Expectation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
