#Reignite is a platform specially designed to enable women engineers on a break to resume their career journey by offering a blend of specialized training, hands-on experiences, and premier online learning resources. Key timelines for Reignite 2025:
- Launch of Reignite 2025: 13th February 2025
- Last date for submitting applications: 24th February 2025
- Orientation day for shortlisted Reigniters: 6th March 2025

It comprises a three-stage pathway designed to enable, elevate, and engage women engineers through:
Stage 1: Explore – Those who are shortlisted will be invited for orientation sessions led by women experts. Topics include modern digital engineering services, Tata Technologies as an employer of choice, and skills to ace interviews. Outstanding performers progress to Stage 2, while all others receive a certificate for successful completion of the Tata Technologies Reignite orientation program.
Stage 2: Elevate - Deep dive into custom training designed to enhance soft skills and technical knowledge in core project domains. Top performers move to the next stage, while the rest receive a certificate for completion of the Tata Technologies Reignite Technical Training Program.
Stage 3: Engage - Embark on a paid internship under the guidance of our seasoned mentors. This phase includes one-on-one expert guidance, hands-on project work, and valuable professional insights. Top performers will get an opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team, while all participants receive a Reignite Internship Program Certificate acknowledging their journey. Over and above this, Tata Technologieses offers opportunities to work on global projects, upskill through classroom and e-learning platforms, and collaborate with a 12,500+ global talent pool.
