For the use of playgrounds for games like hockey and basketball, the corporation charges have increased from Rs.150 to Rs 1000. For football, the charge has been hiked from Rs 250 to Rs. 1000. Also the rental fee for the indoor games like carom, chess and table tennis has been raised from Rs 500 to Rs.3000.
All private schools have also been forces to pay a raised fee per annum to employ these public playgrounds under stern guidelines. The fees to systematize sports convenes or contest for a day has elevated up from Rs 600 to Rs 3,000.
