Consumers of LPG cooking gas cylinders who did not get the new direct subsidy payment by the government into their savings bank account can now make a complaint on the internet at IOC’s (Indian Oil Corporation) website by filling the complaint form.

IOC officials informed that immediate action will be taken and the direct gas subsidy will be paid within the next 15 days.

The officials explained further:

Some consumers face difficulty in getting the direct subsidy payment. There are also some technical problems in finding whether and when the consumer has joined the scheme. The problems are being analysed and solved.

The consumers who joined the scheme and still yet to get direct subsidy payment can register their complaint in the websites: indane.co.in OR mylpg.in. Download the application for complaint and fill.

The filled complaint form cans be given to either IOC office or to the LPG cooking gas agent.

Action will be taken to ensure that the direct subsidy payment will be made within 15 days after the receipt of complaint.
