167 Health camps for mother-kids in Tamil Nadu

The Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine of the Tamil Nadu Government will be organizing special medical camps for mothers and children from March 23-28. 167 medical camps will be held across the State on the three days where health of the mothers and children under the age of five will be assessed. Complete check-up for pregnant woman, vaccination, scans and special health check-up for children under the age of five will be undertaken at these camps. Registrations will also be done for getting assistance under Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Scheme
