Mobile app for consumer’s grievances

The Tamilnadu State Minister for Labour and Employment P Mohan said on Wednesday that the State government will launch a mobile app to provide details on packed food items and help consumers to solve their grievances by directly speaking to concerned officials. The mobile app would create awareness among consumers on the consumer laws and their rights.
Besides, broadband facility would be given to all district labour offices for quick sharing of information.
