3 days holiday for schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu

The Tamil Nadu government on Tuesday announced 3 days holiday for all schools and colleges in the state and 7 days mourning for the demise of Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
State Mourning will be observed for seven days from December 6 during which period the National Flag on all government buildings will be flown at half-mast. an order issued by the Public Department said.
Puducherry, Bihar & kerala states also announced holiday for all government offices and educational institutions today as a mark of respect to Jayalalithaa.
