Voter IDs to be distributed by Arasu e-Service centres

15.26 Lakhs people have applied for their Electors Photo Identity Cards. These cards are to be distributed to the applicants by Arasu e-Service centres throughout Tamil Nadu. The new voters can get their cards by showing the unique ID number sent as a text message to their phone by Election Department and also should produce any ID cards.
Electors Photo Identity Cards is printed free of cost. Those who want to register their mobile number may contact the Election Department’s toll-free helpline: 1950.
