Original license is not mandatory, Chennai High Court orders

According to Vehicle Act 139, it is not mandatory to carry the original driving license while driving vehicles, according to Chennai High Court order.
Opposing the orders of Tamil Nadu government, Duraisami, the Chennai High Court Judge had passed comments in this regard. This will probably bring forth unwanted commotions and problems, he believes.
