The environmental pollution by the emissions for the fuel-driven vehicles is among the various serious problems encountered presently at the global level.
A lot of activities have been initiated at the global level on this pollution by the fuels of vehicles. Efforts are intensively pursued to find alternatives for fuel-driven vehicle – thus, electrically driven vehicle are prominently being explored and encourages.
However, the technology and source availability of the production of electric vehicles has not reached the level yet to entirely replace the existing fuel-driven vehicles! The main reason attributed to this is the internal design/infrastructure of the electrically driven vehicle is not produced yet. However, intensive actions are in progress to solve this. The company Ather Energy is among a large number of companies pursuing this.
Ather Energy was started in 2013 with Bangalore as headquarters is primarily a manufacturer of electrically operated 2-wheelers, Presently, Ather Energy has started indulging in project activities of setting up the electrical power charging stations for the electrically driven vehicles. Currently, it has set up 31 electrical power charging stations and operating them.
Out of these 31 stations, 24 are located in Bangalore and 7 in Chennai. The company has decided to set up 50 electrical power charging station in Chennai Metro City.
It is gathered that till the end of this calendar year, even the electrical vehicles produced by other companies can also avail free electrical charging!
