The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has introduced a competition – ‘Garbage is my responsibility – for segregation of the waste/garbage into 2 parts – bio-degradable and non-biodegradable!
Chennai Metro City Mayor Priya inaugurated this contest!
Citizens who take up this challenge have to segregate waste as bio-degradable and non-bio-degradable and hand it over, They can take a selfie of this and send it to the WhatsApp number for this contest!
These selfie photos can be sent for the contest until the 8th of August!
Winners will be declared as per a lucky draw!
Special prizes such as a TV, Fridge, and Washing Machine are in the offing!!
