Chennai MTC bus users latest demand!!

The Chennai Bus app was launched in May 2022 by Transport minister Mr. SS. Sivasankar to live track the MTC buses in Chennai is well known. It is noteworthy that this app was supposed to reduce the waiting time at the bus stops and make live tracking of the MTC buses easy.
Ever since its introduction, the app is being used by many MTC bus commuters these days to know about the real-time location of the MTC buses. Now, bugs and difficulties in using the app have become an issue now for many.
According to a user it was clear that the app closes automatically in just 5 minutes even after opening it many times. Not only that, even after an update of the app, it closes automatically and opening of the app takes time.
Other people who use the Chennai Bus app mentioned that the day time tracking of the MTC buses have been superb but not the night bus services tracking. There is a need for app enhancement now and it would benefit many MTC bus travellers in the city. Point is that there are also times when the app does not show the arrival of a few MTC buses also.
