Emergency contact numbers for MTC bus drivers

The metropolitan transport corporation has planned to stick emergency contact numbers in all public buses for MTC bus drivers and conductors which they can use for protecting themselves from any attack from student commuters. It is well known that there always have been fights among public bus drivers, conductors and students. In most situations, drivers get physically attacked by the students and buses are stopped in the middle of road at such problematic times. This leads to unwanted traffic issues and is continuing since long time.
There were totally 50 such incidents in the past year alone. Further to this, the metropolitan transport corporation came up with a plea to give proper protection to the bus drivers and conductors. Now, they are availed with emergency contact numbers which are: 9445030533, 04423455855 or 23455858. This is expected to help the drivers henceforth. These numbers will be stuck at MTC buses.
