New depression formed near Andaman – Heavy rains in Tamil Nadu districts on 13th & 14th November!

A new depression has formed in South Bay Bengal region.Presently, it is staying put in the same place.
It is expected that it would move towards Tamil Nadu. It may intensify as it nears the Tamil Nadu coastal area.
Another cyclone has formed in the upper strata over Andhra Pradesh and persisting. These 2 conditions may lead to heavy rains in Tamil Nadu.
The new depression is likely to near Tamil Nadu during the weekend.
The prospects of rain in Chennai will depend on the movement of the depression.
