Hitches consumers face in DBTL scheme

It is very grievous to note that people who have come under DBTL scheme are yet to be paid the LPG subsidies. Some say that they got the advance amount but they are yet to be paid the subsidy.
Another great blunder is that though there is a rule that consumers who have not enrolled in the scheme yet but are still eligible for subsidized cylinders (till March-end) have been charged as per market rate.
When asked the representatives of oil companies about these hitches they say consumers with such problems should fill up from 6 and submit it to their respective dealers.
Consumers who fail to opt for Pahal till March 31 will get the cylinders at market price.
