TNHB to construct flats at Games Village

Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) is planning to construct a 120-crore commercial complex-cum-multi-storeyed building project in Games Village, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Koyambedu.
According to an official, the cost of the flats will vary from Rs. 86 lakhs to Rs. 1.30 crore depending upon the size.
More details, including on issuance of application forms for booking flats, can be had in person from the office of the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu House Board, Games Village division, Koyambedu/ Thirumangalam/East Anna Nagar.
