IAS officers of Tamil Nadu shifted and transferred

In a recent press release that was passed on from State Government we get to see that many IAS officials have been transferred and the list goes this way.
G. Govindaraj, Chennai collector has been transferred to Karur district. A. Anna Durai, who had his realms Regional Deputy Commissioner (south) has been now shifted to Tanjore as collector, where he is replacing N. Subbaiyan. Apparently,
Mr. Subbaiyan has been granted with the temporary position of Director of Employment and Training that was initially created for P. Amudha, who had this as additional charge. Deputy Commissioner (Education) – Mr. M. Asia Mariam of Chennai Corporation is now appointed as Namakkal District collector replacing V. Dakshinamoorthy.
Joint Commissioner of Land Administration, S.A. Raman, will be now taking over the charge of Vellore Collector that was initially held by Dr. R. Nandagopal, who will be now taking up the position as Joint Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department.
L. Nirmalraj, Joint Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board has been transferred as the collector of Tiruvarur. Dr. M. Mathivanan who was serving as collector of Tiruvarur has been offered with the CMDA’s Chief Executive Director, which has been held by Dharmendra Pratap Yadav.
Suresh Kumar, who has been the Cuddalore Collector, is taking over the charge as joint commissioner of Land Administration that was served by S.A. Raman till now. The position of Cuddalore Collector has been given to A. Gnanasekaran, who has been serving as the collector of Tiruvannamalai.
Senior Collector of Karur, Kakarla Usha is taking over the charge as Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Ltd replacing Phanindra Reddy, which was indeed his additional charge.
B. Baskaran who was till now given the additional charge of Dindugal collector will handover the position to T.G. Vinay, who was serving as Deputy Commissioner (R & F), Greater Chennai Corporation.
Former collector of Coimbatore, Archana Patnaik has been given the temporary position of Director of Horticulture and Plantation Crops that was initially taken by Shambu Kallolikar as additional charge.
V. Rajaraman, Collector, Virudhunagar, is taking over the position as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Administration.
