President of India to visit Chennai

Officers Training Academy is located in St Thomas Mount. Army Officers parade is to take place on 10th of September. President Pranab Mukherjee has been invited to participate in this event. So he will be arriving in Chennai on 9th night. On 10th he will participate in the parade. He will be leaving for Delhi on the same day. It is significant to note that a President is visiting OTA after 40 years. Security arrangements are being beefed up.
