CMWSSB: Open-house grievance address meeting tomorrow!

The Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) has announced that an open-house grievance address meeting is scheduled to be conducted tomorrow (Saturday, 14th March) and appealed to the public to participate in this open-house grievance address session to submit their complaints and get them attended.
The notification released by CMWSSB in this regard:
An open-house grievance address meeting is organised on every 2nd Saturday of the month on behalf of CMWSSB. This open-house grievance address meeting for the month of March is being organised at all the offices of CMWSSB tomorrow (Saturday, 14th March) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
The public can participate in this open-house grievance address meeting and submit petitions regarding complaints on drinking/drain the water system, the related taxes and payments and doubts related to the existing drinking water/drain connections and the new connections and get the clarifications, Further, they can learn about the rainwater collection and storage systems in this meeting.
Each meeting at all the CMWSSB offices will be presided by a Superintending Engineer.
In the open-house grievance address meeting held in January, 24 petitions were received regarding complaints on drinking water/drain water systems and action has been taken on 21 of these petitions. Activity is ins in progress on the balance 3 complaints.
