Fantastic!! Eat Right Campus certification issued by the Food Safety dept to RGGGH in Chennai now!!
For many decades, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital or RGGGH in Chennai has been doing tremendous service for the patients. Not only service but also the food that is issued to the patients in this hospital is of high quality. The news is that the Food Safety Department has issued a certificate of Eat Right Campus to this superb hospital in Chennai to recognise the efforts taken by the hospital in maintaining high quality in the food that is provided to the patients.
It must be taken into account that every day about 12000 persons visit the hospital as outpatients and there are about 3500 beds available for the admitted patients. Food is prepared as per the patient`s requirements and is provided to the in-patients by the hospital.
The sensational piece of information is that in RGGGH about 10 types of foods such as food for kids, food for adults, high protein food without salt, non-communicable disease food, high protein food, cheemo food, food pipe foods, milk and roti food, kidney patient`s food, high restricted food etc are being prepared for the in-patients.
Recently, the officials from the food safety dept checked these foods that are prepared at RGGGH. They have issued Eat Right Campus certification for RGGGH for preparing high quality foods for the patients.
