Metro Water Board to Hold Monthly Grievance Meetings Across Chennai

The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will conduct grievance redressal meetings this Saturday, from 10 AM to 1 PM, across all 15 city zones. These meetings will be held at the respective area offices and are scheduled to take place on the second Saturday of every month.
Residents are encouraged to attend and raise concerns or clarify doubts related to drinking water, sewage, and rainwater collection. Each session will be chaired by the zone’s Superintending Engineer.
Public petitions for new water/sewage connections, as well as queries on related taxes and fees, can also be submitted during the meeting.
