Poor attitude towards civic rules by Chennaites

As per a study report recently published by Bangalore based NGO ‘Children Movement for Civic Aareness’ Chennai youth show more of negative attitude towards sticking on to civic rules. The study has come up with a result that just 3 per cent of youths in Chennai follow civic rules domain. This however was 35 per cent in Patna, and it was 13 per cent on the whole in the entire nation.
