Metro Water grievance meeting on Tomorrow (12 March 2022)

Chennai Metro water, conducting it`s monthly Consumer Grievance meeting tomorrow 12th (Sat) March 2022 in all 15 Area Offices between 10am to 1.00pm. Consumers can utilise this opportunity to register their water supply or sewerage complaints for immediate action
The Open House meeting will be held at 15 Metro Water Area Offices on 12.03.2022 - Saturday.
The Open House Meeting will be held during the Second Saturday of every month.
Now, as more relaxations have been given by Government, it is proposed to conduct the Open House Meetings in all Areas on Second Saturdays with all safety norms stipulated by Government.
This month it will be held on Saturday (12.03.2022) in all Metro Water Area Offices between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
The Area Offices are as follows:
- Area Office-1 - Thiruvottiyur
- Area Office-2 - Manali
- Area Office-3 - Madhavaram
- Area Office-4 - Tondiarpet
- Area Office-5 - Royapuram
- Area Office-6 - Thiru-vi-ka Nagar
- Area Office-7 - Ambattur
- Area Office-8 - Anna Nagar
- Area Office-9 - Teynampet
- Area Office-10 - Kodambakkam
- Area Office-11 - Valasaravakkam
- Area Office-12 - Alandur
- Area Office-13 - Adayar
- Area Office-14 - Perungudi
- Area Office-15 - Sholinganallur
Consumers are requested to furnish their complaints regarding water supply and sewage removal. They can also clarify their doubts regarding Water & Sewerage Tax and Water Charges during this meeting.
In order to redress the grievances of the public, it is ordered to conduct these meetings by Superintending Engineer in every Area. Hence, the public are requested to utilize the open house meeting to record their complaints regarding water supply and sewerage complaints and pending water/sewer new connections and also water tax / charges to Metro water and Maintaining of Rainwater Harvesting Structures in Chennai City.
