Re-poll postponed to May 10

The Chief Electoral Officer, Praveen Kumar, on Wednesday said the re-polling that had been ordered in a booth each in Namakkal and Salem constituencies on May 8 has now been deferred to May 10.
A press release that was issued here said that the decision to defer the re-polling was taken following representations made by the candidates to the Election Commission of India.
