The Sri Lankan Odyssey at Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway was inaugurated in a grand ceremony by the Acting Deputy High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in Southern India, marking the beginning of an unforgettable culinary celebration. The evening brought together distinguished guests, including prominent figures from Chennai’s social and business circles, who gathered to indulge in the vibrant and authentic flavours of Sri Lanka.

Curated by Chef Prasanna Rathnayake from Taj Samudra, Colombo, the festival at Mynt features signature dishes like Kalupol Chicken Curry, Jaffna Style Crab Curry, and Egg Hopper with Sambal and Kiri Hodi.

Speaking about the event, Sourav Ghosal, General Manager, Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway, said, "We are delighted to bring this Sri Lankan culinary experience to Chennai. It is an honour to host Chef Prasanna Rathnayake from Taj Samudra, Colombo, whose expertise brings the essence of Sri Lanka to our guests.
