"It has not rained in Chennai Metro City since yesterday night! This will continue for the next few hours! Schools and Colleges will function as usual. As such, there would be no holiday announcements!
The heavy rain has now shifted from Chennai to Cuddalore areas. This is likely to drift further to Delta districts and southern Tamil Nadu districts As such, there are prospects for heavy rains in the districts of Virudhunagar, Ramanathapuram, Madurai, and Thoothukkudi!
This rain will persist for the next 2 days in the Delta Districts and the intrior districts of Tamil Nadu!
There are prospects of rains in a vry few places here and there in many districts including Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, However, there my not be heavy rains!"
