The central government has ordered the banks to provide prompt loans from today (Thursday, 3rd October) for 4 days in 250 districts all over the country!
The Public Sector Banks have announced that the loans provided would include agricultural loans, Housing Loan, Vehicle Loan, Personal and Commercial Loans.
The Central Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharaman had a consultation/review meeting with the higher officials of the public sector banks on 19th September regarding the downtrend in the economic status of the country.
A decision was taken during this meeting that the public should be provided with enough funds with the ensuing festival holidays and in order to ensure this, huge ‘Loan Camps’ to be organized in 400 districts all over the country.
IN this scenario, with the ensuing grand celebration of the ensuing Dusserah or Saraswathi Pooja and Vijayadasami, as the 1st Phase of the above-mentioned loan camps, they will be organized in 250 districts all over the country from today (3rd October) for 4 days.
Including the country’s premier Public Sector Bank, the State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Corporation Bank and all public and private sector banks have decided to organize huge loan camps!
Out of the various kinds of loans, loans pertaining to retail trade, agriculture, micro-mini-small-medium scale industrial enterprises, Housing/Vehicle Loans, Educational Loan and Personal Loans are to be given promptly in these Loan Camps.
Subsequently, the bank higher officials, from both public and private sectors have announced that during the 2nd Phase of this loan camp plan, the prompt release of loan for enabling the public to celebrate Deepavali will be organised in 150 districts from 21st October to 25th October.
