The Classics Cocktail menu showcases the best from the years like French Pirate (Rum, Peach Purée, Champagne); The Classic (Sugar Cube, Angostura Bitters, Cognac, Champagne); Classic Margarita (Tequila, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice); Old Fashioned (Bourbon, Bitters, Sugar, Soda); Side Car (Cognac, triple sec, lemon juice); Cosmopolitan (Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice); Madras Tender Coconut Martini (Vodka, Tender Coconut, Curry Leaves, Lemon Juice); Cancun Martini (Vodka, Coffee Liqueur); Singapore Sling (Gin, Triple Sec, Cherry Brandy, Bitters, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine); and Cuba Libre (White Rum, Lemon Juice, Cola).
