Chennai Flower Show 2025: A Floral Extravaganza

The fourth edition of the Chennai Flower Show commenced at Semmozhi Poonga, offering an 18-day celebration of floral artistry. Inspired by the iconic Ooty Flower Show, the event features 50 types of flowers arranged in three million pots, forming 20 intricate shapes, including elephants, peacocks, trains, and butterflies.
Flowers have been sourced from Ooty, Yercaud, Kodaikanal, and Krishnagiri, creating a vibrant display. Initially scheduled to conclude on January 11, the show has been extended to January 19 due to public demand.
Entry fees have been revised to ₹200 for adults and ₹100 for children, sparking mixed reactions from visitors.
