Nearly every success story you read cites someone who started their day early. Here are a few benefits to waking up early. By getting up earlier you will have time to sneak in a workout. Once you get into a routine it will force you to fall asleep earlier, thereby cutting out opportunities to eat junk late in the evenings.
The same seven hours of sleep from 9:30pm to 4:30am will leave you feeling much more rested. You will have more mental clarity, more physical energy, and I am generally in a better mood if I hit the ground running early.
