State Bank of India has invited applications for posts in associate banks

State Bank of India has invited applications for recruitment to various positions by engaging eligible candidates in clerical cadre in Associate Banks.
Candidates can apply for vacancies in one Bank and one State only and will have to appear for the test from an examination centre for that particular State.
Vacancies-
There are a total of 6425 posts vacant in various associate banks clerical recruitment.
State Bank of Mysore- 725
State Bank of Patiala-1200
State Bank of Travancore-1300
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur-1000
State Bank of Hyderabad-2200
Eligibility-
A Degree (Graduation level) from a recognised university, or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central/State Government.
The minimum age of the applying candidate should be 20 years and a maximum of 28 years at the time of applying.
Salary-
In a pay scale of Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
Selection Process-
- Eligible candidates will be selected based on performance in the online test and interview taken together.
- The written test will be conducted online in objective type comprising:
- General Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, Marketing Aptitude /Computer Knowledge.
- Candidates qualifying the test will be shortlisted for interview. s. Depending upon the number of vacancies only certain number of candidates from amongst those who qualify by ranking high enough in the merit will be called for interview in the ratio of maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy.

Interested candidates can register themselves online on the official website of SBI . After registration candidates are required to pay fee through either online (using Debit/Credit card /Internet banking) or off line mode, details of which are mentioned in the official notification.
