Tata Consultancy Services Campus Recruitment Close to 21,000 - Foresee to Hire 4,000 Further
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services, business process and consulting company, will soon accomplish its campus hiring for the upcoming financial year, with a target value of 25,000.
During the Annual Nasscom
Leadership Summit in Mumbai on Thursday, Ajoy Mukherjee, TCS Global HR Head
acquainted the reporters with ‘Being India’s largest Software provider, TCS have
already recruited close to 21,000 and the rest count will be finished soon’.
Also, the company by now drops in on 350 campuses approximately for
recruiting the remaining 4000 candidates and based on the institutes request to
TCS, the number will get mounted on, he added.
Mukherjee accepted that, the hiring process for the industry is not
satisfactory in this fiscal year.
At the same time, TCS have been involved in online campus hiring process.
Mukherjee added that, during the fourth quarter the plan for non-campus
recruitment for the next financial year will be announced and the work is going
on now.
As TCS is still on the way to complete its business plan for the next fiscal year and hence it has not yet resolute the off-campus recruitment, Mukherjee stated.
