Indian Air Force to hold Recruitment rally on Oct. 27

A recruitment rally for candidates from the districts of Chennai, Vellore, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Karur, Tiruvarur, Salem, Coimbatore, Erode, Thanjavur, Thiruvannamalai, Nagapattinam, the Nilgiris, Tiruchi, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Tiruppur, Ariyalur, Perambalur, and Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu. It will also cover those from Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Puducherry and Karaikal is to be held by the Indian Air Force.
A written test will be held on October 27, and candidates reporting up to 10 a.m. at the venue alone can appear for it. Those who qualify will undergo a physical fitness test the same day and an interview the next day.
An official release said queries could be addressed to Commanding Officer, 8, Airman Selection Centre, Air Force Station, Tambaram, between 8 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on all working days.
