485 Anganwadi servants to be appointed in Chennai District!

The vacancies prevailing for Anganwadi servants are proposed to be filled up. Only women can apply for these jobs.
The press release from the government informs:
Applications are invited for the posts of 151 Anganwadi servants, 36 Small Anganwadi servants, and 298 Anganwadi assistants for a total of 485 vacancies to be filled.
For Anganwadi servants & small Anganwadi servants, the applicants should be of 25 to 35 years of age. They should have passed 10th Standard.
For the post of Anganwadi Assistants, the applicants should be of 20 to 40 years of age. They should be able to read & write in Tamil.
The details regarding vacancies and reservations will be released in the different coordinated child welfare centres. Only local women residents can apply.
The application forms can be obtained from the Child growth welfare centres.

The last date for receiving completed applications is before 5.00 PM on 11th November.
