Hiring through online is on the decrease

Popular job portal of India has registered the fact that the demand for online hiring has been in the decrease. When compared to last year it is been declined by 9 percent in September. This situation is due to the uncertainty in the political and economic scenario prevailing in India. The decline is continuing for the third month also.
Managing Director Sanjay Modi of Monster.com from India/Middle-East/South East Asia Division told the press that Employment Index mirrors the current economic and political scenario. He also said that due to this fact employers are cautious in their work for hiring their staff. Hiring is maximum in import and export and education sectors.
