The original mark sheets for the supplementary examinations conducted for the +1 (11th) and +2 (12th) students will be released today at the respective examination centers from Thursday, 5th October.
In a notification released by the Directorate of Government Examinations, it is mentioned:
"The students and the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations for the 11th Standard (+1) and the 12th Standard (+2) held in June-July 2023 can collect the original mark sheets and certificates (including applications submitted for re-totaling and revaluation) from the respective Examination Centers starting from today (Thursday, 5th October).
The procedure for distributing the original mark sheets for the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations for the 10th Standard is as follows:
For the private candidates who took the supplementary examination for the 10th Standard with a permanent registration number and sat for the supplementary examinations (for the subjects in which they had failed) in June-July 2023, and passed in all the written examinations, they will receive integrated original mark sheet certificates. However, if they failed in some of the subjects in these supplementary examinations, they will receive original mark sheets only for the subjects they attempted.
The procedure for distributing the original mark sheets for the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations for the 12th Standard is as follows:
The procedure to release the mark sheets for the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations under the new system with a total of 600 marks is as follows:
For the private candidates who passed all subjects in the 11th Standard (+10) and the 12th Standard (+2), separate mark sheets will be issued for the 11th Standard (total of 600 marks) and the 12th Standard (total of 600 marks).
However, for the private candidates who did not pass all subjects in the supplementary examinations for the 11th and the 12th Standards, they will receive a mark sheet called `Statement of Mark Sheet` that includes the marks obtained by them in both examinations.
Please note that ONLY if these students pass ALL THE SUBJECTS IN BOTH THE 11TH AND THE 12TH Standard examinations, they will receive two separate mark sheets for the 11th and 12th standards.
The procedure for distributing mark sheets as per the old system (total of 1200 marks) for the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations is as follows:
If the private candidates who tookok the supplementary examinations as per the old system (total of 1200 marks) for the 12th Standard passed all subjects in the June-July Supplementary Examinations, they will receive an integrated Original Mark Sheet. If they did not pass all subjects, they will receive mark sheets only for the subjects they attempted.
The Directorate of the School Examination Board has further clarified:
For the private candidates who took the supplementary examinations FOR THE 12TH Standard WITHOUT A PERMANENT REGISTRATION NUMBER:
ONLY THE MARKS OBTAINED BY THEM FOR THE SUBJECTS THEY ATTEMPTED WILL BE ENTERED AND GIVEN AS A CERTIFICATE.
