The MD of MTC Mr. Alby John Verghese mentioned that the passengers would be able to register their complaints or seek clarification about the MTC bus service by contacting 9445033364 on WhatsApp. It is well known to us that MTC (previously known as Pallavan Transport Corporation) is one of the highly sought after modes of transport for the residents in Chennai.

It was announced on the social media page by MTC that details about bus or details about lost things or for voicing a grievance etc the passengers could just send hi to 94450 33364 for instant help at any time and from anywhere. The service would be available 24/7.

Point is that the passenger complaints cell at MTC is dedicated to addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction for the passengers using the MTC service. Not only through WhatsApp, passengers can also report complaints through mobile phones (toll free number to contact – 149) or through email or social media etc.
