Is it true that a new habit of sleeping in the afternoons will increase weight?

Yes! Usually, it takes up to 2 hours for the food taken during lunch to digest. If a person indulges in some activities during this period, the food gets easily digested. However, if the person sleeps without any physical action, the metabolism process will be affected leading to increase in weight. This is rather difficult to control!

So, it is better to engage in some physical activities after eating food.
