SCOUTS AND GUIDES MUST BE COMPULSORY: BARNALA

Surjit Singh Barnala, the Governor of Tamilnadu suggested that Scouts
and Guides must be made compulsory as they help students develop leadership
qualities and nurture discipline and Unity. The Governor was speaking on the
occasion of presenting Rajyapurskar
awards to more than 7000 Scouts and Guides from all over the state. Surjit Singh Barnala is also the Patron of
Bharath Scouts and Guides, Tamilnadu.
