Chennai gets another Multi System Operator

,Union Minister for Chemicals and fertilizers has launched a Multi System
Operator[MSO] in Chennai here on Tuesday. In the first phase it has been launched
in Annanager in Chennai.
It expected to give Sumangali
Cable Vision[SCV] a run for their money.
SCV has a virtual monopoly in Chennai. Another Co promoter Jayaramn
Kamalesh that they were technologically advanced and their
price would be very competitive. Further said that out 228 channels to be
offered 84 are analog and the rest are
digitals. Competition is welcome by the
public as some areas the cable play arm twisting tactics
