Season tickets 14.2% costlier from today

Suburban rail commuters will have to pay 14.2% more for season tickets as the new tariff for suburban railway comes into effect on Saturday.
The new tariff is applicable to monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual season tickets for first and second class. The 14.2% hike is applicable only for first class and season tickets. There will be no hike in daily tickets if the journey is restricted to 80km.
