Excerpts from study report:
Most activities of our day to day life are carried out using our right hand, in general. Over 90 per cent of overall population of the world is right handed and just the remaining 10 per cent people are left handed. We carried out a research to identify the underlying reason for this. We carried out the study in 13000 individuals from Germany and Austria. Out of this population, 7.5 women and 8.8 per cent were found to be left handed. On examining, it is found that more number of men born in winter are left handed. They are 10.5 in per cent out of total examined population. Remaining left handed people counted to 8.2 per cent.
