Kongunadu Arts and Science College is conducting 20 day summer camp in
association with the Tamil
Nadu State
council for Science and technology in the city on Wednesday. The event is
addressed by the faculty who handle Young Student Scientist Programme[YSSP].
The aim of the event is groom the students into young scientists. Basically
students will be taught on improving their faculties in Critical Thinking and
creative thinking. To help them to pursue their dreams. More than 80 students from various schools
from Nilgiris and Coimbatore
districts are participating. The students are given exercises and best exhibit
will be rewarded.
The summer camp provides hostel
facility and to take care of the boarding and lodging expenses, the council has
given Rs. 2 lakh to the college management.
