TNHB sells application forms for proposed flats on Anna Main Road, K. K. Nagar

Tamilnadu Housing Board (TNHB) has started selling application forms to register for its proposed construction of multi-storeyed buildings comprising of 627 flats in its plot located on Anna Main Road (K. K. Nagar), adjoining K. K. Nagar Bus terminus. There will be 572 MIG flats and 55 LIG flats. The MIG flats will have built-up area ranging from 824 sq.ft to 867 sq.ft and priced from Rs. 78.30 lakhs to Rs. 82.35 lakhs. The LIG flats will have built-up area ranging from 589 sq.ft to 599 sq.ft and priced from Rs.54.65 lakhs to Rs. 55.57 lakhs. The cost of each application form which should be remitted in cash is Rs. 320 for booking a MIG flat and Rs. 120 for booking a LIG flat.
Those who are not able buy the application form in person may send a DD along with a self addressed cover for Rs. 420 in case of MIG flat and Rs.320 in case of LIG flat to Office of the Executive Engineer, Wood Working Unit Division,Tamil Nadu Housing Board,Chennai - 600 083, near K.K.
Nagar Bus Depot.
The last date for submission of completed application forms is August 22. The allottees will be selected by lots.
