Some people join the gym and start doing exercises; after some days, they stop attending gym citing body pain as the reason. This body pain is only temporary and there is nothing to worry about it!

If you start going to gym, it is advisable to continue. If you stop halfway, body will gain weight quite substantially! There is a reason for this.

People will be extra cautious about their food while they attend gym. If attending gym is suddenly stopped, the strict regulation of food gets stopped and wild eating will start. Doing exercises also is stopped. Hence, it is better to keep a watch and regulate food even when you stop attending gym! Thus, you can avoid gaining weight.

Daily physical exercises for at least 30 to 45 minutes are essential. Excessive exercises excessively can also be harmful. This will tire the body. People who cannot find time for daily exercises can at least do it on alternate days. Some people ask,’I walk regularly. Is there any necessity for exercises?’

The answer is ‘Yes’! Walking alone is not enough. Additional exercises are required to keep the tissues properly stiff without sagging. Those who are not interested in going to gym can take up aerobic exercises or dancing or swimming

Those who feel that there is absolutely no scope for attending gyms can consult physical advisers and start doing exercises that can be done in the house.

Equipment for doing physical exercises can be bought and used in the house. Dumbbells help keep the tissues stiff. Sandbags give strength to ankles and shins. However, buy the right equipment only after consulting an expert!

Remember! There is nothing better than doing all the domestic chores yourselves!
