Right from communicating with family, fixing doctor’s appointment and getting news updates, each and every thing is getting reliant on smartphones. It has in fact become a smartphone-dependent world.
With the increase in goodness, there is increase in the bad too. Owing to this increase in total number of users, India ranks 4 in being prone to malware attacks. England, France and Saudi Arabia carry the first, second and third positions respectively.
Between April and June 2014, over 295 such malware attacks occurred out of which 294 were on Android mobile phones and only one on an Apple mobile phone. Considering months between January and March 2014, there were 277 such attacks out of which 275 were on Android mobile phones.
