Contamination in Aavin milk, investigations on the go

In a case about contamination of Aavin milk, CBCID carried out intense investigation at more than 40 places. According to police officials from CBCID department, investigations were carried out at places where milk gets produced and where they are sold.
Recently, when milk was transported from Thiruvannamalai to Madhavaram, Chennai, milk was unloaded and filled with plain water. Eight individuals were arrested in this case.
CBCID officials are split into ten groups and carrying out investigations in districts including Chennai, Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, etc.
