Counselling for diploma in nursing course commences from today

Counselling for diploma in nursing course commences from today (15th September) and will continue for four days. There are 2000 seats available in the 23 Government Nursing colleges throughout Tamil Nadu. The applications for the seats were issued during the first week of August. The applications were scrutinized and ranking for 8,101 people were released.
In continuation of this, the counselling for diploma in nursing course commences from today (15th September).
Important details to be noted by the candidates:
VENUE : Auditorium, Kilpauk Medical College Campus, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10.
- Candidates should be present one hour prior to commencement of counselling along with one of their parent.
- Individual intimations are being dispatched to the candidates.
- Even if they do not receive the intimation letter they can attend the counselling as per their counselling schedule.
- All candidates attending the counselling for Diploma in Nursing Courses will have to remit a non-refundable amount of Rs.200/- by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee, Payable at Chennai as processing fee, failing which they will not be allowed to attend the counselling.
- Candidate who do not receive call letter, shall download the same from 12-09-2014 onwards from the official website www.tnhealth.org /www.tn.gov.in by entering AR Number & Date of Birth.
- The candidates should bring all original Certificates failing which they will not be allowed to attend the counselling and will not be considered for allotment. Candidates who are already studying in an institution have to produce the Bonafide Certificate from the Head of the Institution.
- Allotment is subject to availability of seats.
