India got its bronze medal in Asian Games!
Annu Rani, an Indian athlete won a bronze medal under women’s Javelin throw event conducted in Asian Games. The best effort was 59.53m in Incheon on Wednesday. Annu won the place right at her first attempt as it proved to be the best and all later ones fell far below the first.
Her earlier record was 58.83m which she made in June during National Championship, Lucknow. She succeeded to overdo her own earlier record with 59.53m this time.
Zhang Li made the best of all throws at 65.47 which she made in the sixth cum final attempt.
The silver went on to the hands of Lingwei who threw at 61.43m in the fifth attempt.
Followed by Annu is Ebihara (58.72) in the fourth attempt.
