British Airways launches Dreamliner from Chennai

Passengers flying from Chennai to London will now board the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the ultra-modern aircraft that British Airways launched on Monday. As part of its expansion plan, the airline will now fly seven weekly flights on Chennai-London route.
Chennai is the second Indian city after Hyderabad where Boeing 787 Dreamliner has been brought into operation. Passengers flying the new aircraft will benefit from larger windows and latest in-flight entertainment. The new aircraft will operate from October 27. The fares start at Rs 49,320 for economy class.
